Block;
A+ rebored & plateau honed. Refaced to suit CR. Chemically cleaned, line bored 4 bolt centre main cap, painted & fitted with new core plugs, oil gallery plugs & cam bearings.

Crank;
Offset ground to 84mm, wedged, X drilled, ni-tempered & micro-polished on all journals. Supplied with new bearing set. ultra-light steel flywheel. All balanced as one assembly.

Rods & Pistons;
73.5mm pistons with lowered crown height, balanced & fitted to new lightened, polished & shot peened Cooper S balanced conrods.

Camshaft;
Kent scatter camshaft to suit, new followers, steel vernire duplex timing gear set & chain, turbo oil pump

Other parts;
Conversion gasket set, flywheel oil seal, AF470 head gasket, HD clutch kit.

*All exchange units must be in serviceable condition otherwise surcharges will be charged. There are no exchange con-rods required with 1430 kits.

*OUR ENTIRE RANGE OF KITS COME WITH THE CRANKSHAFT, RODS & PISTONS ALREADY INSTALLED IN THE BLOCK AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. This enables us to determine the correct crankshaft endfloat and reduces damage to components when in transit.
