Block;
Rebored & plateau honed. Refaced to suit CR. Chemically cleaned, painted & fitted with new core plugs, oil gallery plugs & cam bearings & centre main strap.

Crank;
Reground, Ni-tempered & micro-polished on all journals. Supplied with new bearing set. Flywheel lightened & balanced as one assembly.

Rods & Pistons;
POWERMAX 20659 73.5mm pistons balanced & fitted to balanced conrods.

Camshaft;
Kent camshaft to suit(not scatter pattern*), new followers, duplex timing gears & chain, H/C oil pump( *If scatter pattern is required, add a further £50)

Other parts;
Conversion gasket set, flywheel oil seal, AF470 head gasket, HD clutch kit.

*All exchange units must be in serviceable condition otherwise surcharges will be charged.

*OUR ENTIRE RANGE OF KITS COME WITH THE CRANKSHAFT, RODS & PISTONS ALREADY INSTALLED IN THE BLOCK AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. This enables us to determine the correct crankshaft endfloat and reduces damage to components when in transit.
